![]() Set the Crock Pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or set it to high and cook for 3-4 hours. Add chicken broth and frozen corn, then stir to combine all of the ingredients. Add an entire can of diced green chilies. Drain and rinse a can of cannellini beans, and a can of great northern beans, and add them to the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.Season the chicken with cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper, then transfer it to the slow cooker. Crumble and cook, until the chicken is no longer pink. Place the same skillet back on the stove over medium-high heat and add two pounds of ground chicken. Transfer everything from the skillet to a slow cooker. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add diced onions and jalapenos and cook for 4-5 minutes.
